Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional With Servise Pack 2 (e8503040) for PC
I want to set BIOS password on a group of Dell PCs in the network and we use Windows XP SP2 operating systems.
Request to guide me to do this task. Thanks.
You have to visit each machine to set the password.
Since BIOS is DOS. prior to Windows establish network connection.
F2 to enter setup. tab to security and set administrator password.
don't foreget the password or change it in mid stream. you will not be able to access it w/o password.
my 2 cents... I wouldn't do it.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
