i think its is a problem that most of the jazz elite are having.i had mine for only two days then it went dead.i brought to repairs and they told me to throw it away.i put it back in the box and put it away. about 4 weeks after i decide to take it up and plug it in. to my surprise it starts to work and it works perfectly well. just give a little time.i know how u feel
Please call customer service or email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your address and the model number of the camera and they will send you the cd software...their web site is under construction so you will not be able download.
I suppose you're with mac os x (10.x.x) version, so : switch off your cam (or simply close the screen), plug your delivered with the cam usb cable into the mac first, and into the Jazz cam at last. That's it, you're done !! The cam should appear as a drive (mass storage mode is by default) or usb thumbdrive on your desktop.
