Video and picture viewing problems

I have a sansa e270R and most of the video I upload turns out fine, but when I placed a episode of one of my shows (I used the converter so it wasn't that) on the player when I watched it the audio was about 37 seconds ahead of the video, I tried redownloading it but it turns out the same. The video plays fine on my computer. As for the picture, extra copies are downloaded and they are layered on top of each other when I view them.

Its not playing videos

First step --
Download a PDF copy of the Sansa View manual. Here's a link:

http://www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu&channel=fs&q=sansa+view+manual&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

There are two likely reasons for the video not to work;
1) The software that runs your Sansa View, known as 'firmware', is outdated;

2) Your video requires conversion before you download it.

1) Firmware update?
Download a copy of the Sansa Firmware Updater from here:

http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4431

Start it on your computer, and follow the directions to update your Sansa View's firmware, if needed.

2) Download and install the Sansa Media Converter (SMC) from the same link above.
--Plug in your Sansa View to the computer, and run the SMC.
--Follow the directions to select your video. SMC processes one video at a time for upload into your Sansa player.

Another possibility - Try loading video from Windows Media Player 11;

From the manual, page 17--
"Your Sansa View player supports MPEG-4 Simple Profile up to VGA, H.264 Baseline Profile up to VGA, and WMV up to QVGA video formats.
That means you can simply drag and drop these files into the Video folder if you are using Windows Media Player 11."

Hopefully, that will help you get your videos in!

Use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert pictures and videos. If you don't have the SMC, you can download the Windows version from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3IPZO6Q0

I uploaded pictures, songs and videos into 1GB micro SD card. But in Sansa e250 am able to see only songs in it. am unable to view pictures or vidoes stored in SD card. please help me.

The Sansa will only show photos and play videos from its internal memory, not the microSD card. You can put music on the card, but not photos or videos.

Sansa problems

I still haven't figured out what happened when it froze, but I solved the other problem... I just switched the options to "show hidden icons" for some reason those four folders were shown as hidden.
