If you currently have a TracFone and would like to upgrade to another
model and transfer your remaining units, you can now do so on our
website. In most cases, your phone number can be transferred to your
new phone. Once you have purchased your new phone model, please follow
the steps listed below:
Step 1: Click on ‘ACTIVATE/REACTIVATE PHONE’
Step 2: Click on ‘Existing TracFone Customer’
Step 3: If you have already set up a ‘My Account’, please sign in with
your email address and password. If you have not created an account,
please click on ‘Continue’ underneath the question ‘Don’t have My
Account?’ and complete the registration questions.
Step 4: Select the option "Activate my TracFone with a number
transferred from one of my other TracFones." and select the phone you
will be upgrading to and click "Submit".
