Hi, Try not to change any settings in the BIOS screen, accept what is presented and exit setup, this should take you to the next setup screen, continue to accept all that is persented until last screen, where you save setup and exit. Hope you are successful. Help is also available from your local computer store.

My PC doesn't load

Restart computer. Watch closely at the bottom of the screen for an F command.

This F command will allow to enter setup.

When computer is loading, start pressing F12 repeatedly until setup is opened.

When setup opens, you'll see a file menu that runs across the top of the screen. It will start from the left and move to the right - press F9. When prompted, select "restore default settings". Move to each file menu and press F9 and set "default settings".

When you come to the Exit menu, do the same thing, then select the Exit Menu, and choose the "Exit Saving Settings" option.

Once it exits, it will automatically restart and begin the loading process into Windows (or your operating system).

If the OS does not load, you will need to re-enter setup: under the file menu, search for an option that will allow you to enable a second F command which should be F5 or F10. Once this is done, go to exit, and select "exit saving settins".

The computer will begin loading, but you will want to restart the computer - watch again at the bottom of the screen for the new F command - remember what it is when you are in setup, and begin pressing it as before with the F12 command - the F5 (F10) will bring you to an option menu for starting the computer - select the "start in safe mode" option.

If the computer does not load in safe mode, you will need to format the hard drive and re-install the Operating System.

Microsoft office 2007 put a valid key in a month later outlook started asking for a product key now evry thing opens but will not let me modify and says that this can be performed locked and when i click...

  1. Close all Microsoft Office applications.
  2. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
  3. Locate the following registry subkey:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Registration
Note You may also find another subkey that resembles the following subkey:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Registration\{91120000-0011-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}
  4. If you find additional subkeys that reference Microsoft 12.0 registration, open each subkey, and then identify the product by the ProductName entry.
For example: ProductName=Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007
  5. When you find the subkey for the product from which you want to remove the existing product license key, delete the following entries:
    • DigitalProductID
    • ProductID
  6. Exit Registry Editor.
