Tip

All Power Supplies are Not Created Equal

The power supply is a crucial component for your computer, especially if you plan to build a platform game. If you use your computer to play, select apower supply that outputs at least 500 watts. In fact, up to 500 watts may be sufficient if you have components with heavy power consumption.

While abounding cases are alien with a standard, banal ability supply, I acclaim that you shop for a altered one. Remember that you get what you pay for. So a chargeless ability accumulation is not activity to amuse you. Banal ability food represent the atomic big-ticket advantage that the architect had. Wouldn't it blot to be bent up in a hotly contested action and your framerate dips to a slideshow because your video agenda is bottlenecking from the ability supply?
I hv laptop aspire 4920..problm is when i turn on Window not shut down sucessfuly..anyone?

A program or a driver is corrupted. Try uninstalling all the programs one at a time until the problem goes away.
If it doesn't then the corruption has reached the Windows core files, you will have to save your files and reinstall.

Please ...solve the password for locked games

The info you provided is kind of ambiguous, but I assume that the PC won't let you play some games.
The administrator of the PC can limit the games that can be played on a computer by rating, or can also select specific games and either block or allow them. The limited account is the only one that has these controls on it. If you have an administrator account and you are experiencing this problem, there may be a problem with the computer. I would guess that the games that are "locked" have simply been denied to the account you are using. Your administrator should be able to change these settings for you if an error has been made. Otherwise there is no way around it that I am aware of.

My pc automatically get start on plug on .and then it suggest me to press F1 to Continue. when I do this it takes incorrect date and time how to restrict it.I want to start it with start button on cabinet

There can be many reasons...
 • Your BIOS setting is not correct.
 • CMOS battery is down(Most probably).
 • both
You can open the BIOS setting page by pressing keys like DEL, F10, etc. depending on your system's manufacturer at computer startup(post screen). There are lots of wakeup options check them properly.
One of the option is "Restore last state of power Button on failure" which can turn on your computer without touching the power button. you should check these options.

And it suggest you to press F1 because your system's date/time is not configured properly. You can also set Time/date in BIOS also.
If your BIOS Battery(CMOS) is not weak or dead then after setting these values your computer should start properly.
And if your BIOS battery is dead then all the settings will be lost(date/time etc) after a restart and you will face same problem again...

Try changing the Power-button option and Date/Time in BIOS and see if problem persist....if yes then you have to change COMS battery that is on your Motherboard.

I need help installing a cd drive in an Antec Sonata III 500 computer case. How do I do it?

Unplug the power from the computer. Open the case cover. Carefully remove the placeholder on the front of the case where you wish to install the CD drive. Make sure you have the proper ribbon cable for the type of drive you are installing and that you know where to plug it into the motherboard (consult your motherboard manual).

Use the screws provided to secure the drive to the chassis rails (make face of drive flush with front of case). Attach an available power supply connector to the new CD drive. Close the cover.

Security alert

This is a setting in your browser and or your firewall. There is an option to only view pages which have been correctly certified. Not everyone likes to constantly re-certify their websites and therefore this is a setting which is only useful for people to identify sites that may be phishing for user information and that's not all too helpful either, because even the certificates can sometimes be tampered with.
Change the setting in your browser and this will solve your problem.
