The simplest solution is to use a product from Malwarebytes anti-malware (My personal favorite) the free version does not do real time protection but it will clean up your problem. You may need to run a full scan 2-3 times till you get a clean result.
then install a commercial AV product, like McAfee Total Protection.

H, G and backspace keys stoppe working on

Though you could be having a hardware problem with just faulty keyboard keys, it could also be a trojan virus where someone has disabled those keys.

I advise rule out the virus with Mcafee virus free scan: http://us.mcafee.com/root/campaign.asp?cid=45694

you should also use a "trojan" scanner. (the type of virus)

Virus attack

A trojan Virus can be very nasty. I suggest going to www.avast.com and download the free home version virus scan. Disable and remove all other virus scans you have going to include the system resource hog Nortons or McAfee. Upon completeion of installation, it will ask you to do a boot time virus scan, click yes. Most Trojan viruses attack the system before they get completely started, therfor, makes them harder to remove. If you still need help after this, PLEASE feel free to conatct me and I will assist you further.
