The fault is with the CCD display.You'll have to get this repaired and that's the only solution.

The SD card may be locked, a small notch high on the left hand side of the card, moves between lock and unlock.

Usually you don't need any special software to download photos from most digital cameras. Try connecting your camera to the computer with the USB cable and then going to My Computer and seeing if the camera shows up as an additional device or hard drive on your system. If so, you can just manually copy or move the photos from the camera to the computer. You can also use free software such as Irfanview. to copy or move the photo files from your camera to your computer, and to view and edit your photos on the computer.

You can also remove the SD memory card from the camera and then put it in a memory card reader on your computer, and copy the files that way. If your computer doesn't have a built-in SD memory card reader you can buy one - they are very inexpensive, under $20 and available at most computer and camera stores. Just make sure you get one for "SD Memory Cards".
