Just call customer care, ask them to set up your call forwarding. *611 from your phone or 1-800-331-0500 from any line.

Incaming phone calls

Turn off your Call Diverts option. Its possible that incoming calls are being diverted to a different number. When you try to call your phone does it ring as well? Also check if Call Barring on your phone is enabled. This means that calling your number is bloced. Check with your provider regarding this.

My little brother reset my blackberry HELP ME PLZ I NEED MY PHONE

From Pinstack.com---> If you do get locked out, to reset your password would require a low level reset, or "nuke", which is a fairly drastic procedure. A low level reset wipes out your BlackBerry's memory completely, including the operating system. To make it functional again, you would have to cradle the device and reinstall all the BlackBerry software.

Forgotten blackberry

You can enable in your menu call forwarding but this in turn can mess with your voicemail etc. Your best bet since some of the services are provided by your carrier to call them and ask if the service is offered.
