I have the same problem. When the coffee maker was new there seemed to be a small blast of air that forced out the water from the K-cup. That doesn't seem to be happening and the K-cup is full of water. I cleaned the exit needle, No difference.

I have the same problem as well. I do hear the burst of air like it's about to brew, then nothing. Works well without a K-cup.

We have the exact same problem. It also gives out a little 'whine' noise. We have gone through 3 different machines every 4 months because of this!

Same here, at the office today it suddenly stopped working but only when a K-cup is inside. Runs fine w/o a k-cup. Tried cleaning but no use. Anyone have any insight?

    Generally speaking:

Are you sure that the handle is all firmly locked and in place?

So that the K-cup isn't blocking something.

Try to press the handle/"jaws" firmly (but not too firm) together to see if there is a weak spot that has been bent (indicated by "ready to brew" suddenly showing in the display)

I solved it by running the machine a couple of times without a K cup in it. The second time through, a few grinds ended up in the cup. After that, the machine works fine.

Try changing the cup setting. My machine stopped dispensing water to the K-cup when I was using it on the smallest cup setting. I could hear what sounded like air being pumped. I tried turning it on and off, and cleaning the needles, to no avail. What finally worked was changing to the largest cup setting. Immediately water was pumped from the reservoir to heat, and a full cup was produced. It also started working again on the small cup setting.

May be blocked needle valve in k cup holder. Remove and take apart. Try then using a paper clip to dislodge any grinds blocking hole.

When my Keurig one cup dispenses the hot water onto the filter the water goes everywhere (making a mess) but not through the coffee filter & grounds.

Possible clogged water output house. Question? Is the water going on the filter then overflowing? If so, the grind of the coffee might be to fine. Might have to have the grounds a little courser. To test put no coffee in and if flows through ok, then coffee is ground to fine, then just need to have it ground a little courser. Thanks, mike

Check the needle inside the k-cup holder to ensure it is not clogged. You can completely remove the k-cup holder by pushing up from the bottom (where it dispenses into your coffee cup). Then rinse it out with hot water using your kitchen sink sprayer. The manufacturer also recommends inserting the tip of a small paper clip into the needle to push out any debris if needed. Then replace the k-cup holder by aligning the arrows and snapping it back into place. Next try to brew your regular cup of coffee and see if that fixed the problem. Hope that worked for you...Best of luck!

My Keurig dispenses about 3oz of water on next to largest setting

I JUST fixed (I Hope!) my 11 month old B60 by taking a paper clip and a straightened safety pin to the top of the coffee maker (where the top pin punctures the top of the cup) and the BOTTOM pin which punctures the bottom of the cup. (remove the bottom dark brown holder by pushing up on it).

After one or two attempts, I ran water through it without the coffee cup, then used a decaf cup and brewed it just fine....

This morning my Keurig sounds like it begins to pull water then stops. I tried to cut it off then back on. Still didn't work.Removed water from reservoir and K-cup and added pure vinegar. Ran machine several times without filter or Kcup by pressing cup selector several times. You must open K-cup holder and close each time. I had to do this about a dozen times before the water began to draw again. Flushed system by filling water reservoir with fresh water, and brewed just plain water until vinegar was gone.Works like brand new.
