Question about Toshiba Satellite A105 Notebook
Most every laptop has a feature of external monitor. you can plug in a monitor from a desktop to your lap top Press and hold the 'FN' button and then press the CRT/LCD Button once this will shift the monitor to the external monitor. the next time you push it the external monitor and the LCD should be on. You-can do this while it is booting or after it arrives at the login screen for windows. You can use a flash light to shine into the lcd at an angle if you can see windows then your back light is burnt and is very cheap to replace. If not then it is the lcd display. If the external monitor does to work then it is a motherboard issue or graphics card.. After you preform these tests you can reply to this post with the details and send me the exact model of your laptop and iwill gladly find a replacement lcd for you.
