Yes it worth to repair it but you must bring into Pioneer factory or service center for Pioneer they are able to repair it
It require to replace a few electrolytics capacitors in power supply regulator if you are in AUSTRALIA it would cost between $150 to $250 to repair it

I understand that your Frigidaire refrigerator, LFHT1817LW1, is buzzing or humming. With modern, high efficiency compressors you may hear a high pitched humming or pulsating sound. Additionally, if you have an icemaker equipped inside of your refrigerator the water valve may produce a buzzing noise as the valve opens to fill the icemaker with water.
