Well, is your TV male or female? A male TV would be easier to get off.LOL Try Menu or Settings and other buttons and experiment to turn store mode off. good luck.

Pioneer plasma model PDP-507XA. how can I tune a TV channel?

The PDP-507XA only has an analog tuner. You will need a set-top box (digital to analog converter) to receive over-the-air signals in most places. For analog cable, you need to set the source to TV. Press the Select button, if needed (it's above and to the left of the arrow keys), to put the remote in TV mode. There is also an Input button on the TV. If the Channel Up/Down keys do not work, you need to reset the TV Press the Home Menu button. Navigate to the Setup menu (Up/Down arrows followed by Enter) and select Auto Installation. Enter your password for the TV; the default password is given in the manual on page 41. It's available from Pioneer here: docs.pioneer.eu/Manuals/PDP_507XA_ARE1430_manual . Set the Language (use the Up/Down arrows followed by Enter. Then use the Left/Right arrows to change the setting). Then set the Country. Press Start to begin a scan for channels. Alternatively, select Analogue TV Setup and enter the password. Then identify the correct receiving system. Manually enter the channels in the Search area. Set Store to Yes to save channels.

I hope this helps.

Bar appears on screen saying "TV in Store Mode". I can't change any channels with remote. When I try to change channels manually, the channels are very snowy and unclear. TV is: Philips...

Go to the menu and then tools. You can de-activate the "in-store mode" there. Once you do that it will be in the proper mode!

Thank you and best of luck!

I'm trying to set up a super nintendo to the TV and I am having trouble.

not 100% sure on the problem you are having but i will give a rundown on how it should be set up,

1.) there is usually a TV ariel style 'T' Junction just put this inbetween the signal from your tv arial and the tv itself or if you dont have an arial just plug it straight into the TV.

2.) make sure your tv is set to its analogue tv mode, NOT the digital tv mode as this will not work

3.) Once on this mode it should be good to go, if you still cant see the signal change the tv channel, it could be up to channel 9, if i remember rightly thats where mine used to sit,

Hope this helped :)

I have just purchased two srp2003/27 remote controls..i cannot enter set up mode because neither one of my tv's has a channel 1....the lowest one goes is 3 and the other 2..what can i do?

All TV sets go as low as channel 1. Its just that your tv has been preset to skip certain channels because no station was stored on them. All you have to do is go to the unit and manually change the stations with the program button.
If on the other hand this does not work try going through the menu button like you want to tune a new station and after tuning a station select it to be saved in position 1 Then you can acces channel 1.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

TV displays "no signal" with every input type we try. The only thing that works is the DVD. I even tryed it on a cable cord that was working from another TV

hello are you using a digital antenna, cable or satelite reception? you need to run your "set up" and scan for channels either automatically scan or manual scan, recomend a auto scan for all channels both digital and anolog, these tv will scan and save or store the channels but you need to run a channel scan first,
(even if your using a cable box or sat box)
back when we had the older anolog sets you could just plug it in and watch but with these new digital circuts need to scan and store the channels in before you can watch the broadcasts,, try that let me know what happens. hope this helps

Panasonic Viera keeps going into picture refresh mode. How can I stop this?

The tv is on "store" rather than "home" setting. If the message "going to refresh mode" keeps appearing every 5-10 minutes, do the following:

-Unplug TV from wall and leave it for about a minute.
-Plug TV back in and follow "initial setup instructions" (can be found on page 14 of manual).
You will be given the choice of "home" or "store" settings. Change it from "store" to "home".
-Done.

I have an audio problem LC-26d43u

What's "everything"?? Have you looked at the audio menu to see if you were on SAP (second audio program).. Being in SAP could affect one or more channels that do not broadcast in SAP mode.
