Question about HP PSC 1610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
All other colors will print . When attempting to print a letter in black ink, it comes out purple or blueish color. Why won't it print in black?
Go to your print driver, should be in the "printers and faxes" folder in XP. Right click on the driver and select properties from the drop down menu. Go to the Advanced Tab and select "printing defaults". Look for an option entitled "print all text in black", under the Advanced tab, in document options. See if that is disabled. Enable it if so and test.
