Viewsonic VA903b Flashing green light (slow)

I'm on my secong viewsonic monitor. The 1st one completely died, no green light, nothing. The second, a VA903b is starting to act up now. The green light flashes slowly and the monitor is black. If I push the button nu,erous times the picture eventually comes in. When I lauch a game now, the monitor goes black for a few seconds and then comes back on. Seems like a refresh rate problem? I run it at its native res. Any ideas? I think this will be last Viewsonic....2 monitors in 3 years.....

My VA903b monitor is not working properly, when i turn it on, vertical or horizontal lines come down the screen and after a few seconds it goes to sleep (light turns orange). The light will occasionally...

Just to be sure I owuld try it with another PC first.
It can also be in the monitor due to bad caps as shown in my pictures here:

Or just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
Please leave rating if it helps.

The screen is to bright and wont darken enough

It is likely the video card on the actual unit. If it is under warranty they will likely have you ship it back to them for either 1) repair or 2)replacement
