There is a spring style clamp holding it to the front panel simply peel back slightly and "pop" it off, then holding it to the inner tub is a screw style clamp, depending on yr of production, either a 5/32 scrwe or a phillips, holding it in the 2 oclock position, release clamp andreinstall boot, it might take some time to get to fit backaround hte tub but itll bo, you gotta walk it on in spots ( like changing a tireon the bikes as a kid) itlll strectch over the rim and fit, just have to work it

Is the boot completely secure and not ripped or torn? The boot is the grey seal-like area that covers the drum. If it is torn at all, the water from whatever cycle, depending on when the water seeps through will end up on the floor.

Leaking water from underneath

The door connects to a round gasket called the "bellows". If it is torn, deformed or coming off water will leak underneath. Undo the 3 screws in the lower front panel and do an inspection of that area

Front loading Whirlpool Duet Washer leaks from bottom of machine

If the washer only leaks during the spin cycle, you may have a worn door bellow (rubber seal). As the washer spins, the centrifugal force of the tub can spin the water into the door area. If the seal is torn, it will leak out of the bottom of the washer. You will need to inspect the perimeter around the door to ensure the seal does not have any rips or tears. To be sure, you need to remove the lower toe panel under the door and inpsect the washer thoroughly. The following link explains how to access the interior of the washer cabinet and how to inspect for leaks:

The door bellow DOES wear out with age, but if you have a tendancy to overload the washer it can contribute to premature wear. If you determine that the bellow requires replacement, the following link explains how to replace one:

Replacement parts (if required) can be purchased at any of the following websites:

pcappliancerepair.com

If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope I've given you enough information to help you find the source of your leak.

Whirlpool duet washer leaking water

If the washer is leaking around the door area, more than likely the bellow (rubber seal) is ripped or torn. If you pull back the rubber folds in the bellow and inspect, you may find a rip or tear causing your leak.

Another cause can be the rear bellow clamp (clamp that is affixed to the front of the wash tub) can come loose causing a leak between the bellow and tub. All you may have to do is tighten the clamp if this is the case.

The dispenser tube on the left hand side of the door, if not seated through the rubber correctly, can also leak during the fill or rinse cycles. The tube should be inserted through the rubber in the bellow to the flange on the tube. If not, water can fill behind the rubber and drip into the bottom washer casing.

The following link explains how to access and/or replace the the door bellow on a Whirpool Duet:

Searspartsdirect.com, appliancepartspros.com, pcappliancerepair.com and repairclinic.com carry the bellow. All these sites offer competitive pricing, so shop all of them for the best deal.

If you have any questions, or require addtional assistance, please let me know. I hope this helps you. NOTE: The bellow can also become mishapened over time after frequent use. This can also cause leaks around the door. Look to make sure the bellow is sealing around the door glass. If not, it should also be repalced.

Washer leaks from bottom during rinse cycle

Take the cover off the back, and look up, next to where you put the soap in, when it's filling/rinsing. There is (like) a (white) plastic valve body, and look to see if water is dripping out of it. I haven't figured out a solution to that yet, other than to replace it.

Also check the boot, coming off the pump. You could have a bad/dry boot, or a loose hose clamp.
