I have a samsung HLR6167WX/XAA dlp tv. I replaced the bulb, it worked for 1 day and didn't turn on the next day; no lights, no noises, nothing. So then I just replaced the ballast, still nothing.

No pic, beeping noise

It seems to be an issue with the power board. The relay may need to be replaced. I would recommend getting it serviced by a professional TV repairman, than try a DIY..

Ringing noise coming from my philips 30PW9110D/37

This noise is coming from the power supply.
You may want to look for a local repair shop from this website to get service if desired.
If the power supply were to be replaced, it could be done by you if you are somewhat savvy.
