Question about Dell Photo 964 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a wireless laptop which I connect via usb cable to a Dell 966 all in one printer. All was fine the last time the equipment was used (several weeks ago) but now the printer prints only blank pages and, if I try to copy a page, the copy is very faint. The print cartridges indicate at least 50 % full. Thanks for any assistance.

Our black ink quit printing, cleaning did not help. I finally got it to print by selecting:
PRINT, PROPERTIES, PAPER SETUP, SPECIALTY PAPER, PHOTO/GLOSSY

I had this same printer but never was able to reset it. It has some type of sensor on it. That will not let it reset. I was told to unplug it from the computer. Turn the printer off. Reboot the system and plug the USB connector back into it once the system is booted. You may also try to reinstall the printer driver. I also find out that when the printer software says that the ink is low, it really is not. So keep on printing. What I eventually had to do is get a HP. No problem with HP, I can get a refill and it works. Now that I am think about this. See if you can disable the ink monitoring option in the software.
I hope this helps.
