No heating in dishwasher

Dx302 model running whole cycle but not heating or drying My dishwasher does the same and I am scratching my head. When attempting to clean it with the finish cleaner, the seal doesn't even dissolve.
We have it plugged in to the hot water.
Can anyone offer a solution:
Thx

Pull it from wall and switch off. Need to remove top stainless backing from door. get the electronic broad off the back where the timer led is.You will see a burn where the solder has melted. Need to solder a wire back on here and to the broad to remake the connection

Do not plug it into hot water UNPLUG. It needs cold water going through the system.

It may be the heating element or just a loose connection on the computer panel.

How to reset Kenmore Elite 665-16572202 Dishwasher...clean light blinks 7 times pauses then repeats. My model does not have a Heated Dry button it has an Air Dry button.

Here's the key sequence(s) to use, depending on how your keys are labeled:
Heated Dry - Normal - Heated Dry - Normal; or
High Temp - Air Dry - High Temp - Air Dry; or
Hi Temp Scrub, Energy Saver Dry, Hi Temp Scrub, Energy Saver Dry; or
High Temp Wash, Heated Dry, High Temp Wash, Heated Dry.

This will start the diagnostic cycle. Let the dishwasher run for a few minutes, and then press Cancel to stop the dioagnostic cycle and clear the error. Please note, that this clears the error, but if you haven't found the cause (water-not-heating error), the condition will come right back the next time you run the dishwasher.

Dishwasher cycle runs: tablet is not dissovlved, dishes dirty

If the dry cycle has a problem, check these:

Heating element
Drying fan
Thermostat
Heating element Your dishwasher has an electrical heating element that helps to dry the dishes. If the element is burned out, the dishes won't dry properly, and you need to replace the element.

Drying fan Many high-priced dishwashers have a small fan that blows air or heated air into the dishwasher to speed up the drying process. If the fan is defective, you need to replace it.

Thermostat Some dishwashers have a thermostat that monitors the drying temperature. If the thermostat is defective, the heating element may not cycle on or off properly. If that's the problem, you need to replace the thermostat.

Ge dishwasher not drying

1 make sure heated dry is on.
2 run your cycle and when it says drying open the dishwasher. see if it has steam coming out.
