Most time they have a paper that comes with the remote and a list of TVs look for you make and one at a time punch in the code and then point toward tv and click the on and off button when you enter the right code the tv will either come on or go off.
You can physically remove the harddrive inside the case and connect it into another computer as a slave drive. There should be two cables - one for the data and the other for power - connect these two inside the computer next to the master harddrive.
Well, I think that above the power socket you will read the power rating, at least the voltage. If I see correctly on some picture I found, it says 12V. Another very important thing is the polarity, which also seems to be shown on a picture near the power socket - whether it's plus on the inside and minus on the outside of the plug, or the other way round.
Once you establish these two facts, you have to look for a power supply that has a proper voltage, a polarity symbol as on the HDD box, and an output current anywhere between 1A to 2.5A
My guess would be 12V, positive inside, and 1.5A output - but that's just a slightly educated guess.
You could try a different LCD TV, and use it to set it back to its old settings. Or try using the composite (yellow connectors from 359T output to video in on tv) then switch the tv to video input on remote, which should allow you to at least see the menu to change the resolution back to something your LCD will work with.
I have the same problem with the same enclosure. I found out it is the power supply problem. It worked the first time out of the box. But when the black 12V/5V power supply box heats up, if I turn it off, and on again, my hard drive won't spin up. It had buzz sounds and tried to spin. I think they use a crappy power supply that can't supply enough current during drive spin up when temperature goes up.
My solution is to unplug the whole unit from the wall when you don't use it. That give the crappy power supply time to cool down, so next time when you turn it on, it'll start from cold. This solutoin worked for my 300G Seagate drive. For my smaller WD drive, it doesn't require cold start. I guess it makes sense, as bigger drives require more current to spin up.
have you checked all drives out see if any cables have come loose and call out an engineer to sort problem out check power cable this is the only sugestion I can give.
