Question about Jazz Video Cameras
We just purchased a Jazz DVK141 digital video camera. We took some videos of our kids, downloaded them on the computer (we pruchased a SD card and downloaded it off that) but they are not nice and clear. Any suggestions or is this the way it is supposed to be?
Take a picture before using the camcorder, that helped my sound immensely. Do not set the video recorder down near the PC unit. That seems to be a culprit also. Do not preview your movie until you transfer it to the PC, this saves the battery. Make a picture slide show on You Tube with the slide show creator, it has lots of great background music that makes the slide show seem much like a movie. Jazz camcorder, digital camera takes endless pictures on the SD card really well.

The resolution of this camera is not very high, with only 3.1 megapixels. you can go to websites like fixmyvideo.com to improve the video, but to get better quality in future videos I would suggest buying a camera with more megapixels. 7 or 8 megapixels are relatively good and you can get a camera with that many for about $90.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
