I have the same problem,the default setting for the nokia 5310 express music set by nokia is 12345,this is for the security code,however if someone has already changed it the only way to solve it is to take it to your nearest nokia outlet and they will reset the phone but will charge around £45.00,i spoke with nokia myself this morning,goodluck!!!!!!!!
