Try changing the termistor, must be damaged. and reset by total clear, 107 and press and hold the clear stop key more of 3 seconds.

SC543 is a fuser over temperature error.
A fusing temperature of over 231 degrees is detected for 5 seconds by the fusing thermistor:
Fusing thermistor defective,
I/O board defective.
Unit needs service.

Its a charge corona cleaning error. Try turning the power off, wait 10 seconds and turn it back on.
If that doesn't reset it, it could be the pcu, toner collected on the mechanism.
If turning it off and back on isn't fixing it, you should get a technician to look at it to see what the trouble is.
