Under your spy ware protection

Under your spy ware protection it says that my subscription has expired. It was renewed on June 23,2008 and is supposed to be good untill August of 2009.It was billed to my master card onMay 26,2008.
Each time i turn on my computer it wants me to download and it keeps telling me that it has expired.
