Question about Toshiba Satellite A75-S229 Notebook
I have a Toshiba Satellite A75-S229 PC Notebook computer I use as my office computer. There are 2 other computers that are networked together. every time i reboot my computer I get an SM56HELPER Error Message that reads "incompatible modem codec detected please check modem card. If I click the "OK" button it read "unable to communicate with modem hardware. I recently purchased driver detective, and I believe I mistaken loaded the wrong driver onto my computer. If I had been able to set up carbonite I woudn't able to operate my system at all. However when I reboot I have to go through the process all over again. Help?
Go to the website for the manufacturer and you can get the drivers.
It won't hurt a thing to reinstall the correct drives. the worst that can happen is nothing changes

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
