You can recover by doing the following:

go to transcend website and download this software;
(http://www.transcendusa.com/products/online_recovery.asp) and then you have to select repair and save data..

and then also if you dont get ur full data,you can download (http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Utilities/File_Cataloging_Utilities/Pen_Drive_Data_Recovery.html)
Pen drive recovery from many sites(search on google) and recover or else email me at [email protected] for full software..

The 35GB pen-drive device comes with a "warranty", so "exercise" that warranty to get it replaced, at minimal cost to you. Take it back to where you bought it, to exercise the warranty.
