Question about Dell Inspiron 1501 Notebook
My battery has been wearing down, and not lasting very long anymore, we get a message the battery is not recognized. Now the other day the critical battery warning came on, so we plugged in the ac adapter, but it was also not recognized, and finally it shut down. Now we can not power up at all. The adapters green light comes on, but nothing from the laptop.
Try removing the battery and connect the adapter then switch you pc on ,if it works, then you have to change your battery, else you have a bigger problem and need professional, if you are ask for more help.
