Question about Printers & Copiers

Error Code C-0010

Can you help us identify what this error code means?

We just replaced the 3 color and 1 black developer units, and emptied the toner waste bottle (which was not replaced, just emptied).

Those error codes have disappeared, but now this new one has popped up.

Might there be a reset or ??? Can you help advise us on what we might need to do?

Without the Bizhub model number. You mite try this, take each of the image units out and shake them so that all of the developer and toner are spead out across the entire image unit one of the image units mite have been stored with all of the developer at one end, and when place in the machine the motor for that image unit has a hard time trying to turn..

Kaycera FS-5150 dn error code 7401


Hi there, the error code 7401 means that there is a problem with the toner sensor in the black developer unit (see service manual page 1-4-15), replace the black developer unit and the problem will be solved.

Black drum ATDC replace the black developer unit, also check to make sure the black toner is getting into the black developer unit. Open close the front door to reset the code (Not the Toner door)

The copier is canon,image runner 2520 newly purchased, has been powered,but brings error code e000020, and does not photocopy.


e000020 is error with toner unit,
several possibility :
- The toner is empty
- The developer failsto be replenished with starter developer properly.
- Related developing unit
- Ahopper motor error is identified by the detail code of E020. However, it may be identified by E02x according to need
.

Error code 7410:0167274 on a Kyocera FS2000D, what does this mean?


The 7410 indicates a drum error (see below) the 0163053 is the number of prints made by the printer. The drum was most likely knocked loose when installing toner.

Drum unit non- installing error -
The drum unit is not installed or not installed properly.


Detaching and refitting the developer unit Procedure
1. Open the top cover.
2. Open the MP tray.
3. Remove the developer unit.
4. Check or replace the developer unit and refit all the removed parts.

Detaching and refitting the drum unit
1. Remove the developer unit.
2. Open the left side cover and then remove the waste toner box.
3. Unlock the drum unit lock and then remove the drum unit.
4. Check or replace the drum unit and refit all the removed parts.

Error code C380 paper feed failure


c380 indicates auto-toner error for black developer (K).

Check following:

Is the harness between the LGC board and the developer unit drawer connector open-circuited?
Is any harness inside the developer unit or the auto-toner sensor harness open-circuited?
Is the auto-toner sensor connector or the connector CN341 on the LGC board disconnected?

IF connector no problems, then u probably need to replace the auto toner sensor.

What does E000020-0010 error code mean?


e0020 is to do with there not being enough toner in the developer unit.

Firstly it may be a good idea to check/change to toner cartridge.


Switch off and disconnect from mains for the next bit.....
If ok remove the developer roller, cover is above the manual tray on the right hand side then once inside dev unit has connectors at either side, check they are properly seated. If you need to remove the dev there are several black screws around a metal plate all need removing. The roller should be black with toner. May need replacing depending on age and usage of copier.

Black toner problem.Probably You have low toner sensor defect.
But try first to vacuum and clean black toner dispenser.You must vacuum whole path wich is used to transport black toner to developer unit.Then if printing B/W print only, you must print 10 full color sheets every 100 copies.
