Go to the settings menu,then restore factory settings.the code is 12345 and check.if no then for sure the vibretor is faulty or there is a broken line on pc board.
Try to check vibrator interface if its clean or dont have dirt or corrosion. also, check vibrator by connecting the two Multitester probe to the pins of vibrator.
phone not ringing, ringer is ok. what other problems might it be?
