Uniden bc95xlt scanner LOCKOUT REMOVAL

I AM TRYING TO REMOVE ALL THE LOCKOUTS ON MY RADIO CHANNELS-HOW DO I REMOVE THEM?

EVERYTIME I HOLD DOWN THE (HOLD) BUTTON THE CHANNELS KEEP ADVANCING. IF I JUST PRESS AND RELEASE THE HOLD BUTTON THEN PRESS FUNCTION AND L/O EVEN FOR A WHILE-NOTHING HAPPENS!

IF YOU CAN THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE-PLS LET ME KNOW.

    THANKS

To remove the lockout from a channel, manually select the channel, then press Func + L/O.
L/O disappears.

To unlock all channels in the banks that are turned on, press Hold to stop scanning, then press Func
and press and hold L/O until the scanner beeps twice.

I don't know why it doesn't work for you. I just tried it on a BC95XLT & was able to unlock individual channels as well as all of those that had been locked out.

How do i program the BC60XLT-1 scanner

This is a pretty straightforward scanner with 30 channels. To program it, turn the scanner ON, press the MANUAL button to stop scanning, and then use MANUAL to advance to the desired channel. Enter your desired frequency, including the decimal point, and then press E (Enter). Use the MANUAL button to advance to the next channel, and then proceed as above.

Wont scan.the only channel's it will get is 11,21,41,61. when you hold the button down to talk it make's a squealing sound.it acts like it is locked.when you put it on the [set] switch it makes the noise...

Do you have a "lockout" feature in the radio?
Maybe try resetting the scanner and start over from the beginning. Usually by resetting, will disable any extra features (such as the lockout)
