Question about Roadstar CD-853USMP/FM CD Player

Hi, the radio doesnt pick up many stations, the signal is temperamental, the cd player skips, the sd card reader and the usb reader both recognise that there as a card or pen inserted but it wont access any songs.

When changing radio channels the dx mode appears instead of lo (local) cant get a signal

dx is short for distant. this just makes the tuner more sensitive and should pick up more stations. if it is not picking up stations in dx mode, you either have a bad antenna or a bad tuner.

How do i connect a mp3 player to a jvc kd-g331

if the deck doesnt have an auxilliary input or usb input then the only way to get sounds to it and through it is going to be by using an fm modulator that will broadcast your mp3 tunes through an fm signal that you choose and simply tune you radio to the station that you chose to broadcast through.

Dual xhd6425 Reception Problems

My XHD6425 seems to be very inconsistent... Sometimes I get okay reception, other times I get terrible reception (much worse than my original stock Ford radio). The reception problems are more noticeable on stations that are more than 30 miles away or so.
Perhaps oddest of all, I've sometimes had it bounce back and forth between two stations (like if you are driving and in the middle of nowhere, half way between two stations), even in areas where I know should be getting good reception on one station and had never heard of the other other station before.
If you've figured anything out, please let me know.

Why can't i pick up a local statoin in canada

you might try bringing a portable fm receiver out to your car and seeing it the station is blocked on it too, with the automotive system also running, if it is turn off the car and see if the portable then receives the signal,if so you have another signal produced by the car or its radio which is blocking the station. If you try this let me know what happens.

2007 Chrysler 300 , AM radio not working , but FM works fine

Usually when you lose only AM it is an antenna issue. Check for a loose antenna plug on the back of the radio or connection to the antenna.

I would recommend trying a clean thumb drive with no software, only mp3/wma files. Having software and other files that are not audio may cause problems.
