You can either disable your NAT (not recommended) or you can port forward. Here is a link that describes the port forward process.

If you go into your modem setting and click the gateway tab on the left, then after page reload click on your LAN setting on top, add your console's MAC address which can be found under your XBOX 360 system info, while your entering your MAC address within your modem be sure that you include : between every two characters being that is the only correct way for your modem to read the MAC address, then click add and be sure you click the bypass firewall box to the right as well, after page reload click on apply at the top to enable the NAT, reboot your modem and you should be good too go THX

forward it to the ip of your Xbox.
this should set the NAT on your xbox to open, not moderate.
