Question about Tomtom GO 720 GPS Receiver
The first time I connected TT520 to laptop everything worked fine.two weeks later it says no driver installed for device and therefor not recognising the device.how can I fix the problem.os on laptop is Vista
What you need to do,
hold the reset button for 20 seconds which is located at the bottem of the tomtom (make sure to use a pin or similar in size).
then connect the tomtom to the computer and turn it on.
this should reconnect and allow you tomtom to communicate with the computer

If you have a memory card in your Tomtom - remove it before you connect as sometimes your PC see your Tomtom as some kind of storage device.
