Question about Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-F55 Digital Camera
Hello, my husband has an older model cybershot and has recently been receiving a twain error message when he tries to get photos from his camera on his computer. is this camera just too old? it works fine to take pics and he can get the photos to disc at walmart using a hotstick, but cannot load them to the computer. any ideas? thanks, lori johnston
Do you use a card reader? or do you connect the cam to your pc to download the pics? best way to transfer the images to the pc is a card reader, but some readers wont accept a memorystick with "lock" turned off, so for example if you have a 128MB memorystick, turn write protect on. switch to "off" position (it is a small switch on the stick) then the card reader will "see" the stick, but erasing and writing is not possible with the pc...
