The problem may be ram memory and motherboard battry (cell).remove your ram and clean it and restore back.remove your motherboard cell and start computer without cell.if computer work fine and problem is solved then restore cell back and start computer again.

Here's a link to the Medion driver/support download page, I tried searching for M3, 5200 and Composer but had no results so I'd suggest you try searching by the MSN as recommended to increase your chances. Don't know if you've tried this but you could always right click on the device within control panels device manager and select the update driver software option to let Windows download one if you don't have any luck with the Medion site. Hope you get it fixed.
