I need to buy a new impeller for a ryobi resv 1300. We live in Tauranga. Where do i get one?

I do not have info on a local vendor for you, however, I do have good news. Your Ryobi is actually made by MTD. The part number for your impeller is 791-182550 and is available at many places online including and .

I would encourage you to find your local small engine repair shop and see if they can order the part for you. They may have a regional source for the part and can save you the international shipping.

Good luck!

Can someone tell me where to find replacement fuel hose for this style of Ryobi? The existing line has hardened with time and is leaking fuel / sucking air iat an inline connection below the primer bulb. I...

Your local repair shop should carry this fuel line in large quantities and sell it by the foot or by the inch. Your Ryobi probably uses Homelite's 3/64" line.
Homelite #70310-98 or Rotary #20-8645
Homelite Consumer Products is the company that made your 30cc Ryobi trimmer. At their website ( they offer a replacement tank assembly which would include the fuel line.
I think your best opportunity is with the local repair shop.
Good luck!

I have a SC30 model weed whacker and need "bulb as...

I've found the most inexpensive location for this as eBay. Typical costs are about $7.00 delivered. This is a very standard bulb assembly for the Ryobi: PART#1885121

It would generally be available at your local lawnmower or small engine repair shop as well.

Wrong kind of gas

It sounds like you used gasoline without oil in a two cycle engine. If so, the repair costs for damage to the engine, caused by running it without lubrication, may very well exceed the $250 to replace the leaf blower. However, I think it is worthwhile to have the repair shop take a look, anyway, before jumping to conclusions. Bring the leaf blower to the shop, explain what you think happened, and they should be able to check out the blower and advise you, without charging for a complete diagnosis.
