Question about Lenovo 3000 N100 0768 - Pentium Dual Core T2060 1.6 GHz - 15.4in. TFT PC Desktop

Well knackered the problem is with my daughters sony vaio vgn-c1s laptop, when she turned it on the following msg came up.. we apologize for the inconvenience but windows did not start up successfully. a recent hardware or software change might have cause this.A list comes up with -safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with command promt . last known good configuration ( your most recent settings that worked ) start windows normally and then you can use the arrows to chose which one you want, if you go onto any of the safe modes then a list comes up multi(o)disk(o)rddisk(o)partition(2)\windows\system32\c_850.nls and then the computer shuts down and restarts itself and then goes through the same procedure. I have not got a clue and my daughter is doing my head in about ,if you could help it would be much appreciated. sean

Restart in Safe Mode (Option 1 on the list) - when you get back on the desktop - uninstall the last you installed before the crash.

If you cannot get back on - locate the Recovery CD, put it in the drive and reboot from it. See if it will give you the choice to reinstall Windows in a NON-DESTRUCTIVE method.

I need schematics for Sony Vaio VGN-NR21z

I don't have the schematics for the Sony Vaio VGN-N series laptops, but I can provide a link to the disassembly instructions,

http://www.tim.id.au/blog/tims-laptop-service-manuals/#toc-sony

I'm hoping this is more inline, with what you really are after.
Scroll down with your eyes to the bottom line of listings in blue.
The line that starts with VGN-A
Scroll over to - VGN-N, and Left-click on it.

This is a PDF file.
You may have to wait up to 30 seconds, before you see the first page come up.

Backup for Sony vaio

Hi,

If you got the recovery disk along with the Vaio laptop, good enough.Insert the disk and reboot, follow instruction displayed on the screen to restore.

If you dont have a disk, can try this :--
Reboot and press F11 to try and enter the system recovery mode, if you can then you're good, simply follow the prompts to perform a system recovery.

Let me know the status please.

Thanks

I have sony vaio VGN-CS12GH so can i use graphic card in my laptop.

The graphics circuitry is integrated into the motherboard in a laptop and you can't install a different card. If you are looking for a way to improve graphic performance, your only option is to download the latest video drivers from either the computer manufacturer or video chipset makers' websites, and see if any new capabilities have been added.
