Question about Televison & Video
A series of caps in the audio circuit are failing and need to be replaced. You'll need an esr meter to determine which of thse are failing and short of that I'd strongly suggest you have a tech repair it. It's not an expensive repair and I'm positive you would be much happier with the outcome.
