Question about Canon PIXMA MP780 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I changed the color cartridge and then i was getting this error message. I took all of the cartridges out and still was receiving the same message. now my printer also has the error message "check printer" i have opened up the top (like i do to change cartridges) and closed it several times but the message is still there
I had the same problem with my Canon MP 130. I tried everything I read online but the "cartridge jammed" message kept appearing. Finally, I noticed the bar that the cartridges travel over (is this called "transparent film"?) was smudged with ink, so I took a kleenex and wiped it off, I changed both cartridges because they were low, and the next time I tried it, it worked fine!!
