Question about Lexmark Office Equipment & Supplies
Check all cable connections.
Check Printer buffer by going to Start Settings Printers left click on printer. Can you see file ready for printing? If there is nothing there you have a problem possible with software. Suggest you disconnect printer and reinstall software. Failing this contact support link at manufacturers web site.
