I have 2 movt wrist watches work good when left off wrist but when worn will stop working after worn 6to8hours WHY

Check the two connections where the battery makes contact, most likely one of the screws is loose or missing, or may have some corrosion from a battery leak..

My suunto vector keeps going back in time?

Dear William,

there must be a problem with energy (not enought) or too thin battery (did you exchange it latelly) - loosing contact when you schock the watch.

Let me know when you check this...

My watch is solar powered and keeps flashing low....

Is your watch covered for most of the time that it is being worn?( by sleeves perhaps?).

There must be a lower limit of exposure time required to keep the battery charged (so that it can run overnight), perhaps this requirement is not being met.

My GN-4-S watch doesn't keep time when not worn , in daylight hours and in the sun it keeps perfect time when worn.

Visit your local Citizen dealer and for new capacitor. It looks like your old capacitor can not accumulate enough power to keep watch going in darkness.
Rate me, please.

I have a 1968 swiss made snoopy watch. How do I wind it, it has no battery.

is this watch automatic?? if it is it will have a small weighted roller inside, if you wear the watch and twist your hand (as if using a screwdriver) it should work, these watches have to be worn all the time and rely on everyday wrist movements to keep going. good luck

Tag heuer carrera automatic wv211a

Your watch is a automatic. All automatics need to wind-up before being worn at first , or if not worn all the time. Automatics will work with-out being wound ,but will not keep time. Wind your watch at least 50 turns (using the crown) or shake about 150 times , and then try it . Automatics need that back-up power to insure it's accuracy.
