Question about Apple iMac G4 Desktop

This will be the most simple question. and stupid, but... i have no clue where a dvd is inserted. this a an imac desktop with a half apple shape on the desk top. how do you command it to open and close for dvd or cd placement? thank you.

    i have no clue how to open and close the dvd/cd compartment on my imac destop apple g4 mac computer and apple keyboard. Someone suggested the F12 key on a non-apple keyboard, but this is an apple keyboard......pls help. this is a second hand computer, so no book. thanks. may have to visit the apple store.....just hoping someone could help. thanks!!

With a non-apple keyboard simply hold down F12 and it will eject the tray

    There should be a eject symbol on the top right of the Apple keyboard. press and hold this down.
