You're screwed. Buy a new one..just not THIS brand. It's cheaper. I can see it is made to last 1 to 1 1/2 years and then FORCE you to buy a new one.

Sounds like the switch on the handle or the steam release solenoid on the steam chamber is faulty ,use a volt meter/tester to see if you have current to the solenoid when you turn on the switch.

It could still be blocked, not totally blocked but enough to keep the steam from coming out as strong as it should.

I have a vax steam mop it was working perfectly

possibly not heating if you have water and no heat it could be a problem with the heating cycle that allows the steam to work .
You need a technician to have a closer look at it. It could be something small like a wire off or it could be major like an element problem. Take it in & ask for a quote on getting your machine working again.

Steam mop is not working, even after replacing the filter. Only used three times.

Rejoice with me! I called the helpline and they told me to unplug, then stick a needle into the hole on the bottom where the steam comes through. I did that, then plugged in and turned on the steam. Black liquid came out and a little steam came out. I shut off the machine, unplugged and used the needle again. This time, a geyser of steam went up into the air from the machine! It was clogged and just needed a couple of pokes. I put the steam plate back on and just cleaned my kitchen!

My steam cleaner seems like its heating up but the steam is not coming out of the hose!

It is likely that you have a thermoswitch problem. Mine seems to have the same problem. You plug it in and it says ready, but steam does not come out. Here's a picture of the thermoswitch. If you can find a replacement part, let me know I need one too.

I have the Euro Pro Steam Caddy #S3325H. I have had it for years and have never used it. Now I have a ceramic bathroom and dirty grout. There are no instructions in the box, and I can't get the steam to...

dont steem this grout,,,it will only fall out or you could crack a tile,,,wipe on some strong bleach/loo cleaner and scrub it with a stiff brush its a lot safer than steeming it
