Unable to send messages form zong's sim on Htc mobile shadow II

Seems like you have a problem in your text message service center number. Either by knowingly or unknowingly, you have edited the service center number for text messages for that particular sim.
The best way is to find a friend who uses the same network and look at his service center number and type that number exactly in your device's service center number field. That way, it'll be fixed

I cnatsend messages on my nokia teso 2680's-2 mobile....what am i doing wrong????

First you need to be sure to have the message center number, that is what makes text messages go from your phone to other phone and for you to be able to receive text messages also. The message center number depends on the network provider of your phone.
To check your message center number, go to the message, select option and go to the message settings, from there look at the profile you are using presently then you check the message center number. Or you can call the service center of your sim provider to give you their service center number, then you enter it manually.
Then you go to your menu, select the message icon, the you select create message, then you type in your message and the recipient number, once you have done that, then message will go through.
Hope this information was helpful. Thank you for using fixya.

I have nokia 2600 classic...the problem with my phone is that whenever i send sms through it the messages are not delivered...... But there is no connection problem because i received every sms the problem...

Hello,

The reason you cannot send a message is simply because you do not have the message center number of your phone.

The message center number depends on the mobile operators services you use.

You are to go to your 'menu' and 'select message',
Go to 'message settings',
Select 'text messages',
You will select 'message centers',
Select the 'home networks message center number' for instance Vodafone.

If you do not see the message center number,
Contact your mobile operators customer care for the center number,
Then you enter it in the space of the center number in the message settings.

Take care

Secondly, you can as well cal your service provider customer care service to provide you with their message center number so as for you to enter it into your mobile phone..

E66 wont send a text, message goes straight to out box. can make and take calls, rcves texts but wont broadcast...swapped sim to another handset and works fine ??? any ideas ..Thanks martin

this problem is due to the text message service center number
text message service center number option is available text message settings
in this you can see service center number
Note down on any paper as it is (+9198xxxxxxxx)
then delete the service center number
after deleting create or add the new service center number
in this you fill the same number which you note down in your copy
save it and go back to main screen
then restart your phone
your can than send/ receive messages

if it not works go to the shop and get the text message service center number and follow the same procedure but the number you fill is you get from the shop. (NOT THAT NUMBER WHICH YOU NOTE DOWN IN YOUR COPY).

good luck

Text Message Problem

There is a message center number which is assigned automatically by your service provider. You may have accidently deleted or modified the number. Unless the message center is correct, you may not be able to send any messages. Now, what you need to do is contact your service provider and get this number. Cheers
