Error message from printer properties : Can not print test page. This operation can not be completed. Take note that printer self-test is working and from printing option cleaning cartrige work perfectly....

You need first to do the following:

Check first a different usb cable ( be the case).

Check that the printer is the default printer or you are not printing to a different printer installed in windows

Do driver setup procedure.

Disconnect printer from usb.

Go to 'installed printers' and remove the printer from windows (right click and delete). If you have documents in printer cue you may need to purge documents in cue.

Restart computer (printer disconnected).

Re-install drivers from disk (printer disconnected).

Only connect printer to usb when required by printer install software or after installing software.

If the above did not work the printer can be faulty, in this case usually it shows some dignostic message, like flashing red light etc.

Check also that is not a windows problem, by installing in on a different computer (get a laptop) and printing a test page.

Unable to delete/cancel print job while it runs-lbp 2900

Hi.

To temporarily delete the print jobs in the cue do the following:

Disconnect printer USB.
Restart printer.
Restart computer.
Access printer cue with printer not connected (get there from control panel)
Clear printer cue.
Connect the printer back.

If the printer cue gets stuck too often, and always with different documents, try reinstalling the printer software.

Regards.

Ginko.

I have a problem with t644 indicated 900.00 service rip software before this error printer indicated 960 service.after turn printer off then on error code indicated immediatly

Try this...power off printer. Then if it is a network printer go the to print server and clear all the documents from the print cue. If it is a local printer clear all documents in the local print cue then power the printer back on. Once the printer powers up the error should clear, if it doesn't clear power the unit back off and ensure that all documents have been removed from the print cue then power printer back on. This worked for me on the C782e, x854e and x940e models that I have.

HP CUE Status Root Error

It appears to be a problem with HP Cue Device Discovery Service, the tray notification that tells you when your ink is low, etc.  I solved it on a Vista machine by taking Cue out of the Startup tab in msconfig.  (Could show up as HP Cue Device Discovery Service, or  hpqtray08.exe.)  Note that this will also disable the tray icon and its automatic notifications.  All it does is take Cue out of the startup list, but we don't see the error any more and it hasn't affected the printer's functions.
HP has further advice on deeper "cleaning" for the error: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&docname=bpy20854

I haven't come across anything other than manual methods of getting rid of the error.  No updates or patches that I've found.
