Click on the Start Menu -> Run, then type services.msc .
Scroll to the Print Spooler service and right click, and click Stop. Then navigate in explorer C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS\ folder. Delete its contents, go back to services and Right click on the Print Spooler service and click on Start.
