Question about Computers & Internet

1 Answer

I have a logitech ex110 cordless keyboard (i'v had it for at least a year). The keyboard just stopped working, the mouse works fine. I'v replaced the batteries, tried reconnecting the keyboard to the remote led still nothing, i also reviewed some of the solutions i found on ur website - still not working. r there any other ideas out there or do i need 2 replace this?

Make sure that the batteries are o.k and the right side up. when your p.c is on press the reset function on the receiver / transmitter unit attached to the p.c. for approx 5 seconds. the light on this unit should flash. then press the reset button under the keyboard for 2 seconds. both devices should connect.if not the the batteries are wrong side up or faulty.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Sounds like your keyboard has died...Try to perform a reboot, and make sure the battery is seated correctly. You will most likely have to get it replaced. I recommend going with a Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse. Its a lot better than Logitech!!

Logitech ex110 not responding

Once you reboot, I'm assuming there isn't a problem with the keyboard and the mouse being in sync?

Always make sure the batteries are new or fully charged. Unfortunately, this set of wireless keyboard and mouse go through a lot of batteries. The batteries have a very short life.

Have you tried re-setting the frequency for one of the devices? simply click the button on the infra-red unit then click the button on the back of keyboard and notice the infra-red unit stopped scanning.
