Do the following steps as shown in the photos, in the exact sequence shown.
There is a step where you must choose CHINESE that is a trap for some people, you are telling it that you want to change it from CHINESE and then in the next step you choose to change it to ENGLISH

Right Arrows to get to Menu

Click SETUP (looks like a Gear)

Click the icon of 2 people

Click where the finger points

Click where the finger points

Click on ENGLISH

Click where the finger points

Click GO BACK (The Reversed Arrow)

Click AUD LANG

Then click CHINESE, GO BACK, SUB LANG, ENGLISH, GO BACK, then EXIT

Yes there is a way to change the language to any one you would like... one way is to call eclipse and have them change it for you are go into the menu option and mess around till you find it... i have the AVN7000 so my menu is different from yours so im not 100% sure which one it is for you...
