I have a Pitney Bowes PB4512 (plain paper digital copier/fax/printer). It isn't receiving or sending faxes. I have tried an alternative fax in the same phone socket and it works. I have also swapped the cables over, but the fax is still not responding.
When I dial out it makes the appropriate noise and then an undeliverable report shows after several attempts at re-dialing. I have asked somebody to send a fax to me, but they say it is dialling but not coming through.
There doesn't appear to be anything in the trouble shooting section of the manual and I wondered if you had any ideas on the problem

Good Luck, When the paper is stuck in the back, it is in the fuser and you may be able to get the paper out, but probably the drive for the fuser is messed up, which caused the jam in the 1st place, if you get the paper out, the next one through will probably jam up again. Technicians usually just replace the fuser. Oce is the repair entity for these machines now. 1 800 2423 5556
