Question about Canon MultiPASS MP390 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The printer sounds like it's working properly but every time I try to print or copy, the black doesn't print at all. It almost seems like it's turned off. I've put in new print cartridges. The color cartridge appears to be working fine.
I spoke with technical support at Canon and they determined that the printer has died. There is no solution to this problem, other than getting a new printer. Thanks anyway.
