How do I fix error code E000014-000 for my Canon ir3300 copier

E014 is strain on the fuser motor. Is the lower roller cleaning roller clean? A build up of waste toner on it and could be sticky/tacky and causing friction. Take it out and clean it or replace it.

Paper keeps on getting jammed on my canon d860 copier . was todl the fuser needed to be changed. Would this solve the problem adn for how long? I am told cost is 125$ for the fuser adn 75$ to install . IF...

Hi,
if you change the fuser asy by the book it goes about 80000 to 100000 copies.
If you only change the fixing film if it isnt goodly adjusted and if there is also problem with pressure roller then that would not be a good idea.

Im telling you these without seeing the machine or without knowing your monthly volume of copies.

These is small volume machine for "home usage", if you want quality and better machine buy Canon ir 3225N. These is serious office machine, with extended parts life.

Hope that helped!

Where is the fuser area in the Canon D860?

The Fuser is the heated section of the machine, the last process before the copy leaves the main portion of the machine.
You should find two rollers, upper and lower, if these rollers are unable to clean themselves excess toner will build up on the rollers and get passed on to copies later on. you can clean these rollers with some alcohol or similar solution. Be sure the machine has been turned off for awhile as these rollers are extremely hot when at operating temp.
The second question would be, why is the system not cleaning itself. Sometimes if the copier has been on a large run with a lot of dark areas it can overwhelm the cleaning unit, but if this is not the case you will need to determine what is wrong. The Fuser is usually cleaned by a cleaning roller, cleaning web or cleaning wick.
These cleaners are usually white when new, brown to black when well used.
They are usually oiled with a silicone oil which prevents the toner from sticking to the Fuser rollers, so the cleaner may not look too dirty but may be out of oil.
This may be a part you can change or you may have to call in a Tech.
Hope this helps.

sorry for my bad english but, this is an answer:

your problem refered to a cleaning web, of the upper fuser roller, check this web and you can see, its finish, if you havent this, you can turn arround, but observe vary well his position, then
after of remplacement, you have reset de web alarm,

when you relocate all that pieces in her order, turn on the copier, then after this send the error code, push the buttons in this secuence...

( * ) ( 2 and 8) thogether ( * ) to enter service mode

then push ( func )

after push ( fuser )

after push ( E005-RLS )

and then turn off and turn on the copier and ready, thats all

if not work, check your sensor web position and repeat the E005-rls procedure
